Trauma to Transition is a professional development series designed for educators, school staff, and caregivers. These trauma-informed workshops offer tools for self-care, restorative practices, and emotional regulation in schools and homes.

Floral Therapy

Healing Through Beauty, Color, and Reflection


This therapeutic experience uses flower arranging to engage the senses, calm the nervous system, and help youth (and adults) reflect on resilience and personal growth. Ideal for healing circles, retreats, or expressive arts units.

The Lit Corner

Read. Write. Heal.


A culturally relevant literacy nook that uses creative writing, spoken word, and reflective journaling to help students explore identity, trauma, and joy through storytelling.

Healing Through the Arts
